Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared after acceptance. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and may vary during busy periods. Available shipping methods, charges and current estimates are shown at checkout after a valid delivery address is entered.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. A carrier may need time to register the first scan. You can also use our Track Order page with the details from your confirmation email.

Address changes and delivery concerns

Please review your address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins. For a delivery issue, contact the carrier first, then email info@theedgychicboutique.com with your order number if you need further help.
