Requesting a return or exchange

Email info@theedgychicboutique.com with your order number, the item involved and the reason for your request. Please wait for return instructions before mailing anything so the package can be identified and handled correctly.

Item condition

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return-eligible merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and packaging. Any final-sale or hygiene restriction shown before purchase applies. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly after delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Original delivery charges and return shipping may be non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect. Your financial institution may need additional business days to post a credit.
